PRODUCT INFORMATION
Atelier Carduus offers products on its webshop including unique handmade and custom-made products. Each product is carefully crafted with attention to detail. The dimensions of each product are stated on the product page. Please note that minor variations may occur. Please review this information carefully to ensure the product meets your expectations. If applicable, size options are stated on the product page. Please consult the size chart to select the correct size. Our handmade and custom-made products undergo a careful production process and are often made from natural materials. As a result, each item may be unique. Please also consider that minor variations are possible and contribute to the uniqueness of the product. The display of colors and details in photos on the website may differ from the actual product. Fortunately, these variations contribute to the unique charm of each item. Atelier Carduus is not liable for deviations, and we appreciate your understanding of the artisanal nature of our products. To extend the lifespan of your product, you will find detailed care instructions on the product page or included with your order if applicable. We recommend following these instructions for the best results.
We do our best to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products. If there are inaccuracies, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. The availability of products is clearly displayed on the website. For sold-out products, we sometimes offer the option of pre-orders and/or subscriptions to the mailing list. This allows us to communicate about the stock of our goods. Information may also be shared on social media channels regarding this. If a promotion has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be stated in the offer. ORDERS
Orders are placed through the website by adding items to the shopping cart. Customers can then proceed to payment. In the checkout section, customers are asked to fill in the full name, email address, and delivery address and choose a shipping option. Payments are then processed online using the available payment methods during checkout. Atelier Carduus reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its own discretion.
To place an order, the customer selects the desired product, chooses the correct size and/or color if applicable, and adds it to the shopping cart. Customers can modify the order as long as the products are in the shopping cart. The price is displayed automatically. Upon confirmation of the order, the customer identifies themselves, chooses a delivery and payment method, and enters the necessary details. After payment, the customer receives a confirmation and an email with all contractual details of the order. Customers also receive an email when the order is shipped.
Data in our systems constitute proof of communications and transactions between the parties. We aim for prompt delivery, but in some cases, delivery times may vary. This may occur in situations where the ordered products are out of stock, when the ordered products are no longer available, or due to personal circumstances temporarily preventing the shipment of packages. We will inform you of any delays in a timely manner and appreciate your understanding in these situations. Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process. The customer is responsible for entering the shipping details correctly. Shipping costs vary and are clearly stated during checkout. Atelier Carduus reserves the right to split orders if necessary and inform customers about separate deliveries. After receiving payment, the package is prepared and then shipped. The customer receives a Track & Trace code to track the package. The product will always be packaged as securely as possible for shipping. If the product is fragile, Atelier Carduus will take extra precautions. This means that the product will be carefully wrapped and protected. The package will also be labeled as 'fragile'. For shipments by mail, Atelier Carduus is not liable for any delays in shipping. Shipping by mail is at the buyer's risk. Atelier Carduus is not liable for lost or damaged packages.
In case an agreement has been made to pick up the products, an appointment must be made and confirmed with Atelier Carduus by email. Information regarding the location where the goods can be picked up will also be communicated. This address is not the same as our company's registered address but the address where our warehouse and office are located.

GIFTCARD
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. Atelier Carduus is not liable for delivery to an incorrect email address. Customers are responsible for providing correct information.
RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers have fourteen (14) days from receipt of the ordered products to exercise the right of withdrawal. Returned products must be new and unused, with all original labels, and returned at the customer's expense. After receiving the returned items within fourteen (14) days, the purchase amount will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

Shipping and returns
After your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchased items.
Delivery Time: We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time will be provided during checkout.

Track & Trace: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code to track the status of your delivery.
Custom Processing: Please note that some products may require additional time for processing. This especially applies to handmade products or personalized items.
Address Input: Please carefully check the delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses. Did you catch it just in time? Be sure to send us an email so we can potentially adjust it for you.
Right of Withdrawal: You have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Return Conditions: Returned products must be new, unused, and include all original labels and packaging. Please note, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund: Upon receipt of the returned items within fourteen (14) days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal, the purchase amount excluding shipping costs and return costs of the returned goods will be refunded if the return conditions are met.
Please contact us at info@carduusshop for return instructions. Send us your order number and photos of the item. This in unused condition with all its original labels and packaging. If everything meets the return conditions, we will create a return label for you. Please note, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Costs: Although free returns may seem like an attractive proposition, the associated costs would have an impact. This would result in higher prices for our products. Our focus is on providing direct value to our customers without adding extra costs to their purchases or compromising on the quality of our products. We are a small project, so offering free returns would lead to higher product prices.
